Parody pictures

There are discussions are hold as for definition of this picture genre and belonging it to genre or subgenre. Some specialists believe that parody may and should be considered as an independent film genre as films of this genre are the detached films just inspired by another films. That fact that parody films are based on films that have already been produced is the main argument of those who consider parody to be the subgenre of the comedy genre. On the other hand every film we see on the TV and at the cinema is inspired with certain film or novel or else that have been existed long before its producing. Inspiration may not be considered as reason for neglecting certain art, even if that art is represented by parody. By the way there is such kind of translation as "creation of new work" the idea of this translation is that translator read the original poem (or whatever he has to translate) and while translating modifies it by adding words and facts that are not described in the original text, and sometimes even change the names or scene the poem ends with.
Parody is just the same according to the way of its creation. Just like that kind of translation depends on extra-translator factors the parody genre film producing depends on extra aims the director or scripter sets for himself. Let's say there is a director that dislikes such genre of pictures as melodrama and he watch the melodrama say "Love" and finds it extremely tear-jerker that it even makes him laugh at he believes that this film is a waste of time, means and viewers time. As a creative person he makes up a lot of ideas how to show viewers that this film is not worth their time and money, he realise that it won't be enough just to say it so he creates a parody for this movie. The script is written, the actors are cast and the work is in progress, rather labour-intensive work. One spends time and strength on creation of the parody, so is it allowed to consider new film as just a humorous copy of that that is already existed? I believe not, as there is no difference between efforts of the scriptwriters, actors, directors and other stuff of one and another film, all the more that making good sarcastic jokes is not that easy task.
There is no single person in the world who hasn't seen or at least heard about the "Hot Shots!" the most wonderful and known parody picture. "Hot Shots!" is a parody for actions, for the cool guys that are able to defeat the greatest army of any enemy on their own without any help from the outside. This is rather funny movie; it cheers up and improves the mood. It may be considered as classic of the genre as it's funny to a turn and modified to a turn so it's reveals the idea of its creator. The "Hot Shots!" is not a parody for a certain picture; it's a parody for the whole genre of action pictures, pictures about terse musclemen that are able to dry up the see and remove mountains by single power of their desire.
