Many men, Many minds, Many films of all kinds
There were times when the only entertainment for people was reading books, discussing novels and poetical evenings. There were no electricity, no broadcasting and sure no television and if so people spent great amount of time on conversations to each other, unlike the modern people. But then the age of electricity came, and that age was intensively developed by humans as they wanted to improve their way of life, to get more profits of the natural resources. They wanted to get as much as it was possible as they believed that it will nothing but profit and cause no harm to nature or humanity, but they were wrong. With appearance of television conversations disappeared, poetical evenings were replaced by cinema visiting where no one cares about one next to you but only cares about picture performed on the screen.
First movies were totally different from those we watch today. Those were silent black-and-white films with rather rapid movement of actors that only opened their mouths but made no sounds. Still, it was interesting to visit cinema for people as it was brand new event for them, event they have never seen and just some couple month ago would never believe that it's possible at all. Later directors realized that sound is also may be added to picture and that sound will make it more interesting and if so will gather greater quantity of people that will bring greater sum of money. The day when directors realized it was the day when the position of sound director appeared. At first sound was just a music that accompanied the picture but words were written in subtitles, but with the laps of time appeared sound films where words were pronounced by actors. More over in sum period of time appeared colour films in which all possible colours of the nature were reflected. And that was the films almost like those you watch today on your TVs and visiting cinemas.
It was written almost above as modern technologies of movie industry bring nowadays films far and far away from those our ancestors directed and watched. Modern pictures are overfilled with different kinds of special effects that strike imagination of any one who watch the film and modern sound equipment strikes with purity and power of acoustic. There are a lot of genres at nowadays movie industry like: drama, action, karate-films, thrillers, horror films, anime, westerns, detectives, crime movies, easterns, extreme movies, adventures, comedies, black comedies, melodramas, catastrophe films and so on and so forth. There's a great variety of films for any one for each one, and so one may chose film genre just like he wants and enjoy it. There are even actors that acts only in pictures of certain genre and are known like actors of one genre, by the way actors themselves usually get offended with it as they know for sure that their gift is rather versatile.
